Determination of the Insecticide Imidacloprid in Potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) and Onion (Allium cepa) by High-Performance Liqui
      
A high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method has been proposed for the determination of imidacloprid residues in fortified potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) and onion (Allium cepa) and in treated potato and onion samples.
      
Sample preparation consisted of dichloromethane extraction of imidacloprid from the plant material, followed by purification of the obtained onion extract on an LC-Florisil disposable cartridge.
      
The HPLC-diode-array-detection (DAD) method has been developed on reversed phase for separation of imidacloprid with isocratic elution with a mixture of 0.01 M phosphate buffer (pH 3.15) and acetonitrile (75 : 25, v/v).
      
Spectral data obtained with DAD allow the identification of imidacloprid residue.

Effects of the insecticides Imidacloprid and Dimehypo on the postsynaptic potential at the cereal--giant fiber synapses located with in the sixth adbominal ganglion of the American cockroach Periplaneta amerieana were studied by using extracellular electrophysiological recording method. An initial increase in the'frequency of spontaneous postsynaptic potentials and final complete block to the impulse propagation were observed after the application of Imidacloprid (1.73 × 10-7mol/l) or Dimehypo (1.38 × 10-5 mol/L). Blocking action caused by Imidaclopridwas quicker than by Dimehypo, and recovery is more difficult in the normal Ringer solution. It is supposed that the agonistic activity of Imidacloprid is stronger thanthat of Dimehypo. When a pre--application of Methamidophos (3.37 × 10--5mol/L)was conducted, treatment with Dimehypo produced greatly increased spontaneouspostsynaptic firings and high frequency bursts of overshooting. By contrast, no visible changes were brought to the Imidacloprid treatment by Methamidophos pre-application. This study shows that there is some pharmacological difference between Imidacloprid and Dimehypo during their interactions with the postsynaptic acetylcholinereceptors.

本文运用美洲蜚蠊(Periplanetaamericana)第VI腹神经节突触后电位细胞外记录方法研究了吡虫啉、杀虫双对中枢神经活动的影响。结果显示:1.73×10-7mol/L吡虫啉和1.38×10-5mol/L杀虫双处理后初期均能引起自发性突触后电位发放增强,随后导致突触传递阻断。而吡虫啉较杀虫双阻断传递快,且用Ringer生理溶液冲洗不易恢复,表明吡虫啉较杀虫双激动剂活性更强。以3.37×10-5mol/L甲胺磷预处理中枢神经样品后,再进行杀虫双处理,则突触后电位的发放频率和幅值有明显增强,产生连续超幅排放(overshooting)现象.相反,甲胺磷预处理对随后进行吡虫啉处理无明显影响。这些结果说明,吡虫啉、杀虫双和乙酰胆碱受体发生相互作用过程存在差异。

Imidacloprid was a specific insecticide to con-trol rice brown planthopper(Nilaparoate lugens)by spraying 15~25g Al/ha of 10% WP product with 95%efficienay. The result was beffer than that of buprofenzine.The suitable time to apply insecticde was early nymphs before the main harmful generation of the pest.

吡虫啉对水稻褐飞虱有特效,每亩用1O%可湿性粉剂1O~15克,防效95%左右,持。效期4O天以上。显著优于噻嗪酮。适宜施药技术:于褐飞虱主害代前一代初龄若虫高峰期,亩用吡虫啉有效剂量1~1.5克喷雾。

The control effect was 95~100%from 2 to 14davs after treatrnent and the persistent effect reached morethan 14 days,which was significantly better than that by usingconventional insecticde,such as monocrototjhos. Therefore,imidacloprid was a potential candidate for use in aphis resis-tance management programs.

1993~1994年在山西太原、祁县进行了25%咪蚜胺可湿性粉剂防治棉蚜田间小区药效试验。结果表明:供试咪蚜胺的三种剂量对棉蚜均有良好的防治效果,尤其每公顷用300克剂量最为经济有效。在棉蚜发生期。以此剂量喷药防治,2~14天的防效可达到95~100%,持效期可维持14天以上。其防效和持效明显好于对照农药40%久效磷水可溶剂,是一种较理想的防治抗性棉蚜的替代药剂
