On the basis of references [1], [2], [3], [5], [7], this paper gives a discussion of the polar materials, under linear coupling, its Cauchy laws of motion, its energy equation, its entropy productive law, its constitutive equations, its dissipated functions, its Fourier's equation of heat conduction and variational principle,all being in three dimensional sense.

Polar materials in waste Zn-Mn batteries can be dissolved into nitric acid in definite conditions. The mass ratio of liqud to solid and the dosage of H_2O_2 have significant effects on the dissolution.

Method:By eliminating saponifiable matters and strong polar materials from the sample,VE was concentrated efficiently by PRP-6 SPE with 90% ethanol/water and 100% ethanol as elution solvents consecutively.

The reasons of stability of 40% omethoate EC have been analyzed,methods of reduction of the polar materials content in EC and scientific formulation of EC were provided.
