In this payer, the dry sliding worn surfaces and wear particles of steel T8 are studied by SEM in combination with the analysis of wear rate. 本文根据传热理论导出连铸结晶器内使用保护渣时钢的熔化温度、热容、密度、导热系数、熔化潜热、钢水过热度,以及熔融保护渣的熔化温度和导热系数、拉坯速度、结晶器冷却特性等因素对铸坯凝固影响的数学式;讨论了保护渣熔化温度对结晶器热流和渣层厚度以及对铸坯凝固的影响。保护渣熔化温度越高,钢凝壳厚度越小。推断了板坯和小方坯连铸保护渣的熔化特点,说明板坯用连铸保护渣的熔化温度较低。
