A method of modelling for fuzzy recognition and prediction of feeding time is proposed for antibiotic fermentation processes.By using this method and in accordancewith the analysis of an industrial fermentation process information,four main para-meters,i.e.,sugar concentration,change rate of sugar concentration,amino nitrogen conc-entration and change rate of amino nitrogen,are selected as input set factors,and a modelof fuzzy recognition and prediction of feeding time is developed.The validity of thismodel will be examined by comparing the results of computer simulation with thosefrom experienced expert.It is found that a good dicision will be given by the model.

本文就抗生素发酵生产过程,提出了一种补料时机的Fuzzy识别、预报的建模方法,并根据20m~3发酵罐工业数据的分析,选取了以总糖、总糖变化率、氨基氮和氨基氮变化率四个主要参数作为输入集因素,运用本文提出的方法,建立了一个实际的抗生素发酵生产过程补料时机的 Fuzzy 识别、预报模型。经现场调试效果良好,与富有经验的行家相比,准确率达90%以上。

Meanwhile, according to the analysis of the historical data and the process of a practical industrial antibiotic production, a model of the recognition and prediction to the draw-off timing of this process is established by means of the approach given in this paper. And, a real-time computer recognition system is designed. The result of several industrial tests shows that the effect of model recognition is satisfactory.

Based on Isodata, Isomix algorithm, a new algorithm of non-supervised pattern recognition, Isokid algorithm, is presented. Isokid has several advantages: 1) to simplify the calculation of the class centers; 2) to weight the features in terms of information calculation; 3) to apply the deleting trait experiment; 4) to be applied to recognition of multi-classes. This paper introduces Isokid programming and its characteristics according to 2 examples: the recognition and prediction of granite-type uranium deposits in Guangdong, the recogniticn of uranium-bearing and tungsten-bearing granites in southern and central Jiangxi. The results show that the classification and recognition aro effective and stable. Isokid algorithm is better than other pattern recognition techniques, such as Isodata, Isomix, Cora-3 and Hamming. Isokid can be applied to the prediction of ore deposits and to other fields as well.

在Isodata、Isomix等方法的基础上,笔者提出一个新的非监督模式识别方法即Isokid算法,该法还吸取了Cora-3、Hamming等监督模式识别方法的一些特点,使它具有很多优点:(1) 简化了初始聚类中心的计算;(2) 利用信息量计算法给特征加权;(3) 采用了删除特征试验;(4) 适用于多类分类识别。本文以广东花岗岩型铀矿床的识别预测和对赣中南产铀、产钨岩体的识别为例,介绍了本方法的使用情况和特点。结果表明,本方法识别结果可靠稳定,是目前模式识别中较好的方法,除应用于地质找矿外,还可应用于其它领域。
