Murali Dahr's formula, the order is just reverse to their catalytic activities.The reducibility of RECoO_3 was determined by temperature programed reduction method(TPR). It has been found that T_(max) of the TPR profile of RECoO_3 are different for different RECoO_3, but their magnitudes are closely correlative with that of surface binding energy.There are good correlations among the catalytic activities, the surface oxygen binding energy and the T_(max) of TPR profile. That is to say: the smaller the surface oxygen binding energy, the lower the T_(max) of TPR profile, and the higher the catalytic activity.
