The sensitization of TBP by n-dodecane under γ irradiation and its elimination have been investigated. The excited state of TBP induced by n-dodecane is the so-called 1st type excited state of TBP, which has been predicated by us before. The excited state of TBP can be eliminated by H_2O, n-C_4H_9OH and MIBK.

TBP—n-C_(12)H_(26)体系,受γ射线幅照时,n-C_(12)H_(26)的某种激发态能够使TBP敏化。实验结果表明,受敏化形成的TBP某激发态其能量可分别被H_2O、n-C_4H_0OH、CH_3COCH_2CH(CH_3)_2和HNO_3所移去,这种激发态即≥P=0键的第一种激发态,其寿命为10~(-8)秒数量级。在适当的HNO_3浓度下,TBP—n-C_(12)H_(26)-HNO_3体系中的敏化作用可全部消除。

The photoexcited state of TBP can not be quenched by H2O, which is similar to the 1st type excited state of TBP formed by direct excitation of γ ray.Considering the same protection effect of MIBK on excited TBP formed by 2537A light, one can tentatively suggest that the 2nd state may be (n, π*) triplet.

用低压汞灯照射磷酸三丁酯(TBP)体系,发现1849A和2537A能分别激发TBP分子,产生两种激发分子,前者的动力学性质和~(60)Coγ辐解产生的第一态相同,光谱研究证明这是n-π跃迁的单重激发态,其寿命均为8×10~(-8)秒,后者的动力学性质和~(60)Coγ辐解产生的第二态相同,可能为三重激发态。 用磷酸二丁酯探测烷烃激发态,已引起国内外一些学者的注意。前已报道,γ辐解TBP的主要酸性产物磷酸二丁酯与磷酸一丁酯是通过三种活性粒子中间体生成的,用多种能量接受体能明确区分这三种活性粒子,称之为第一种激发态、第二种激发态与第三种不受保护剂影响的激发态或超激态。然而对这三种态的本质尚未明确阐明。本工作对比研究了1850A和2537A紫外光解TBP体系与γ辐解TBP体系以及TBP的光谱,试图进一步了解TBP三种活性粒子的本质。

ABSTRACT This article reports the chromosme number and morphology of two species in Chrysantha, which distributed in Guangxi of south China. The number of both somatic chromosomes is 2n=30. The karyotype of both species differs greatly, but the C.chrysanthaand C. microcarpa are only of trifling difference.

本文报导了金花茶Camellia chrysantha与显脉金花茶C.cuphlcbia的染色体数目与形态。两种金花茶体细胞染色体数目都是Zn=30。但核型之间有明显差异,而小金花茶C.microcarpa与金花茶的核型则较相近。
