In this paper, the author proposes two simple approximate formulae based upon theoretical analysis and experimental data. For slender members which are eccentrically loaded, the effect of longitudinal bending is usually taken into consideration by introducing an eccentricity magnification factor derived from the theoretical elastic deflection formula, both in the Chinese code and in the USSR Code; but in the calculation of critical loads, some empirical coefficients are introduced. In this paper, the deflection at ultimate load (f_D) is used directly, and two projects for calculation of the value of fp are proposed. By comparing the computed values with the experimental results obtained on about 170 columns, it is shown that the proposed method is more accurate than that used in the current Codes, and is also more advantageous in some other respects.

在我国钢筋混凝土设计规范中,对细长的轴心受压构件的纵向弯曲系数是根据试验得出的经验公式确定的。在本文中,根据理论分析并参考试验资料,提出了一个简单的近似公式。对细长的偏心受压构件,我国和苏联规范都是根据弹性理论的挠度公式导出的偏心距增大系数η来考虑纵向弯曲影响,只是对临界荷载的计算引入从试验中得出的修正系数。在本文中,建议直接改用极限荷载下的挠度f_D来计算,并提出两个计算方案。通过约170根柱的试验结果的计算比较,表明建议方法符合程度较现行规范方法为好,此外还具有一些明显的优点。

By virtue of the sectionalized calculation method the calculation range of bending coefficient can be extended to 0. 02~0. 16 wide . Furthermore in the paper ,the deflection calculation is reciprocal under load or zero load ,so this will offer convenience to cable-way designing. By the aid of dimension-less calculation techniques the simulation test is done and the formulae in the paper are checked.

应用分段计算法扩大挠度系数计算范围到0.02~0.16,且文中挠度计算可以无荷、有荷互逆,为索道设计提供了方便。并采用无量纲计算技术,进行了模拟实验,验证了文中各公式。

It is a serious problem of the functional deformation and fracture of the denture base made of poly-methylmethacrylates in prosthetic clinic.Efforts have been concentrated on ways of strengthening the base.Being a further study,this research undertaken was aimed at elucidating the relationships of the bending strength of the base compounded plastics with steel framework and the hardness,the width and the strength-en area of steel framework within the plastics with the standard mechanical measurement method.It was found that the bending strength of the base made of polymethylmethacrylates was much lower,but the strength of it was improved as a steel framework added to,and that the strength of the compound was signifi-cantly increased as the increment of the hardness,the width of the steel framework in the plastics and the dis-tance of the framework to the tissue surface of the base,and that the bending coefficient of elasticity of the compound was raised with the increasing of the hardness of steel framework in the plastics.The results indi-cate that to reduce the deformation and to prevent the fracture of the complete denture and removable partial denture made of polymethylmethacrylates,the following points may be required (1) selecting the harder steel material for strengthener,(2)increasing the width of the strengthener properly and(3) putting the strength-ener at the area which near to the polished surface of denture base.

作者采用标准试件测试法,研究聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯塑料义齿基托内钢质支架的硬度、宽度、加强部位与基托弯曲强度的关系,发现基托的弯曲强度随钢质支架的硬度、宽度以及钢质支架距基托组织面距离的加大而增加;基托弯曲弹性模量随钢质支架硬度增加而升高.本组实验结果表明:设计可摘义齿时,为减少塑料基托的变形和预防其折裂,应选择硬度大的钢质材料作为加强物;加强物应有适宜的宽度;加强物应远离基托的组织面而靠近基托的磨光面.
