The ultravioet spectrophotometry to determine the content of diclofenac-Na inthe suppository that was prepared by mixing syntheti aliphatic ester with sodi-um diclofenac has been developed. Diclofenac-Na was analyzed at 276nm and theaverage recovery was 100.4% and the coefficient of variation was 0.44% (n=6).Results of experiments showed that ultravioet spectrophotometry was an availa-ble method for determination of diclofenac-Na in suppository.

Using just on sample under unchanged experimental condition Different Derivative Spectrophotometry was applied to the quantitative determination of Diclofenac Sodium and Chlorpheniramine Maleate in Ganmaotong tablets. This method was sufficiently simple, rapid, highly-sensitive and reproducible. The average recoveries of Diclofenac Sodium and Chlorpheniramine Maleate were 99.5% and 97.3%. The coefficients of variation were 0.42% and 0.63%.

本文利用示差导数光谱法对感冒通片中双氯灭痛和扑尔敏进行定量测定。本法用同一样品液,在同一测定条件下完成,具有操作简便、快速、灵敏度高和重现性好等特点,双氯灭痛和扑尔敏的平均回收率分别为99.5%和97.3%,变异系数分别为0.42%和0.63%.
