This is due to the fact that the progressive paroxysmic activation called "Kindling" (Goddard et al., 1969) produces paroxysmic and behavioral changes (1). This system has been used in investigation (Fernandez Guardiola et al.) with different applications in the field of experimental epilepsy (2).
