Considering actual demands by rain insensitive device designing and rain insensitive performance appraising, this paper also studies equivalent methods among the process of fuzes impacting raindrops and that of fuzes impacting target. According to momentum equivalent method, corresponding equivalent principles have been worked out and derive formulae to calculate the thickness of equivalent targets of different materials, then in term of these formulae the thickness of equivalent targets in different status are figured out and listed in the tables.

Three equivalent methods based on sandwich plate theory, honeycomb plate and equivalent plate theory were derived and analyzed by numerical comparisons.
