With these two new methods the unsymmetrical flow of differential cylinder can be balanced automatically and the cavitation and lose of control avoided. The flow-pressure function and pressure gain function is derived. The research has further proved that the new electro-hydraulic servo control principle can eliminate all the throttle losing and has the same technical features as the valve controlled servo system.

The experimental results show that the method is very effective.

对采用伺服电动机、定量液压泵闭环驱动的注塑机电液控制系统进行了研究,分析了泵输出流量控制原理、泵控差动缸回路原理。针对当采用恒定总压力预压紧时,电动机存在较大制动能耗的问题,提出负载适应的总压力曲线设定方法,获得了较好的效果。
