The protection of mild moderate hypothermia on the ischemia reperfusion injury of brain in the rat is reported. Hypothermia (33 ℃,30 ℃) can reduce the extent of brain edema, cut down the product of free radical and protect the activity of SOD after ischemia reperfusion injury of brain in the rat. The protection was more effective when brain temperature was 30 centigrade. The result indicate that mild moderate hypothermia protects against the ischemia reperfusion injury of brain. The lower the brain temperature is, the more effectivethe production is, and it is also indicated that suppressing the production of free radical and protecting the activity of SOD may be one of the mechanisms of mild moderate hypothermia protection on brain.

在复制鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤模型的基础上,利用亚低温作为治疗手段,观察亚低温对鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用及其对氧自由基的影响。结果发现:亚低温度(33℃、30℃)能降低脑缺血再灌注性损伤脑皮质的水肿程度,减少MDA产生,保护SOD活力,且以30℃低温作用更为显著。结果提示:亚低温对鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用,且随低温程度加深而增强;同时提示,抑制自由基产生,保护SOD活力可能为亚低温保护作用机制之一

Studies in hypothermia protection are one of the hot spots now. This article reviews the present methods of therapeutic hypothermia and its complications, the progress in the field of therapeutic hypothermia for stroke and its assessments from the evidence-based medicine.

低温脑保护作用是目前研究的热点之一。文章综述了目前低温治疗的实施方法及其并发症、低温治疗在急性卒中方面的研究进展以及循证医学对其的评价。

AIM: To investigate changes in the expressions of Bcl-2,Bax and Fas proteins caused by the warm ischemia heart donor. METHODS: The experimental models of pig orthotopic heart transplantation were establisted. 18 pigs were randomly divided into the control group (C), warm ischemia group 1 (E1) and warm ischemia group 2 (E2). In group C,the donor hearts were removed after perfused hypothermia protection and preserved 4 h at 4℃. In group E1, the donor hearts were removed 5 min after aortic clamping and preserved...

AIM: To investigate changes in the expressions of Bcl-2,Bax and Fas proteins caused by the warm ischemia heart donor. METHODS: The experimental models of pig orthotopic heart transplantation were establisted. 18 pigs were randomly divided into the control group (C), warm ischemia group 1 (E1) and warm ischemia group 2 (E2). In group C,the donor hearts were removed after perfused hypothermia protection and preserved 4 h at 4℃. In group E1, the donor hearts were removed 5 min after aortic clamping and preserved 4 h at 4℃. In groups E2,the donor hearts were removed 10 min after aortic clamping and preserved 4 h at 4℃. Then the donor hearts were transplanted. The terminal transferase UTP nick end labeling (TUNEL), and the expressions of Bcl-2,Bax, Fas proteins were detected. RESULTS: The myocardial apoptosis index and expressions of Bax,Fas proteins significantly increased,and the expression of Bcl-2 proteins significantly decreased in groups E1 and E2 compared with group C. CONCLUSION: This study demonstrated that the donor heart warm ischemia increase myocardial cell apoptosis and influence the expressions of Bcl-2,Bax, and Bas proteins.

目的:研究供心常温热缺血后细胞凋亡和Bcl2、Bax、Fas蛋白表达的变化。方法:利用猪原位心脏移植实验方法,猪18只随机分为3组,对照组(C,n=6)灌注低温保护液后切取供心,4℃保存4h;热缺血1组(E1,n=6)常温阻断主动脉缺血5min后,灌注低温保护液后切取供心;热缺血2组(E2,n=6)常温阻断主动脉缺血10min后,灌注低温保护液后切取供心。3组低温保存供心4h后分别行原位心脏移植。供心移植2h后取左心室心肌检测心肌细胞凋亡和Bcl2、Bax、Fas蛋白的表达。结果:供心移植2h后,E1、E2组心肌细胞凋亡显著高于C组(P<0.01),E2组心肌细胞凋亡显著高于E1组(P<0.01),Bcl2蛋白表达C组高于E1、E2组(P<0.01),Bax和Fas蛋白表达C组低于E1、E2组(P<0.01)。结论:供心热缺血移植后的心肌细胞凋亡增加,Bcl2、Bax、Fas参与了凋亡发生。
