Electric power steering is a new automotive power steering technology and configuration.Power control is the basic control strategy of the electric power steering and determines characteristics of the electric power steering.In the paper,the general process of the electric power steering control,the decision-making method of the objective electric cur -rent of the electric motor and control strategy of the electric current of the electric motor,etc.are discussed emphatically.It is shown by bench tests that the presented control strategy is valid,and has a guiding significance to development of elec-tric power steering.

抑制电动转向系统的转向振动有助于提高汽车驾驶的舒适性和操纵性能。论文对电动转向系统的稳定性能进行了研究,分析了导致系统不稳定的原因和路面激励干扰、传感器测量噪声对转向系统的影响,并将控制理论应用于控制系统的研究,设计了控制器。计算机仿真结果证实,所设计的电动转向控制系统具有良好的稳定性,能够有效地抑制路面高频激励干扰和传感器测量噪声对电动转向系统的影响,系统的振动得到了抑制。

阐述了电动转向系统的构成及工作原理,开发了以DSP为核心的电动转向控制系统。对系统的仿真发现系统的阻尼较小是造成系统振荡的原因,为了增加系统的阻尼,提出了对参考电流进行微分补偿的方法,并以此为依据设计了比例加微分控制器。仿真和实验结果证实,所设计的电动转向系统具有良好的稳定性能、跟踪性能和助力性能。
