Furthermore, based on the transformation of the Gaussian beam, the position of the laser trap can be easily adjusted by regulating the collimating lens for the semiconductor laser (the sourse of the laser trap). This method is simple and adapts to various biological specimens.

分析了用于形成光阱的激光束腰与显微镜耦合时的成像规律,根据镜面反射原理,提出了用玻片来观察激光束腰,判断光阱的位置,并测量阱位相对物平面的偏离量的方法;进一步运用高斯光束的透镜变换理论,通过改变入射激光的束腰位置,在实验上实现了光阱阱位的精细调节。
