After the experiments on about 40 anti-corrosion materials,the following protection mothods have been selected:the SPHG1 alloy powder directly sprinklingly welding protection in one step is adapted on the head of vane; on the back of vane,after using A132 weldingl rod,the SPHG1 alloy powder is sprinkingly welded for protection; the relatively slightly corroded parts on back of vane and movable wheel, welded by A132 welding rod;the central ring in movable wheel protection room is welded by GB1 rod; the epoxy resin coating is used to protect the vane front,flow guide vane,flow discharge awl,and support cover and so on.

水轮机过流部件表面防护材料筛选试验及防护方案的确定是三门峡水电站汛期浑水发电试验的一项重要内容。通过近40种抗磨材料的筛选试验,确定了如下的防护方案:①在叶片头部采取SPHG1合金粉末喷焊材料一步法直接喷焊防护;②对叶片背面外缘强气蚀区和端面,在采用A132焊条堆焊的基础上,采用SPHG1合金粉末喷焊材料两步法直接喷焊防护;③对叶片背面气蚀较轻部位和转轮体,用A132焊条堆焊防护;④采用GB1焊条堆焊措施防护转轮室中环;⑤对叶片正面、导水叶、泄水锥及支持盖等部件可采用环氧金刚砂涂层防护。

柔性连续抽油杆由于钢丝绳含碳量高 ,耐腐蚀性能差 ,以及工况的特殊性和油田腐蚀环境的复杂性 ,存在严重的腐蚀问题。鉴于此 ,选用柔性连续抽油杆表面防护涂层材料及相关材料进行了老化性能和拉伸性能的综合试验、熔融指数测定试验和腐蚀性能试验等多种对比试验研究。结果表明 ,在用的表面防护材料PA6— 2和拟选用的表面防护材料PA66— 1等尼龙类工程材料具有强度高、韧性好、高低温性能好、加工性能好和耐腐蚀性能好等优点 ,能够满足柔性连续抽油杆在油井环境下的表面防护要求。
