The method of Auto solid phase extraction has be to used to pretreat the water sample,then to determine the organic phosphorous pesticides using the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The minimum detection limit concentrations were found to be in the range of 0.10~0.30 mg/L,the recovery ratios of the method were 75%~105%,and the relative standard deviations(n=5) were lower than 6.0%.The proposed method was simple, rapid and highly accurate.

采用自动固相萃取法预处理,用气相色谱-质谱仪测定有机磷农药。最低检出限在0.10~0.30mg/L之间,水样加标回收率为75%~105%,样品经5次重复测定后相对标准偏差均小于6.0%。结果表明,该法具有简单、快速、准确的特点。

目的研究饲料中没食子酸丙酯(PG)、特丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ)、乙氧基喹(EQ)、丁基羟基茴香醚(BHA)、没食子酸辛酯(OG)、二丁基羟基甲苯(BHT)、没食子酸十二酯(DG)和正二氢愈创酸(NDGA)共8种抗氧化剂同时检测系统技术。方法样品提取后采用自动固相萃取方式;定量分析采用高效液相色谱-梯度淋洗-二极管阵列检测器方法进行检测。结果最低检测限为10 mg/kg;饲料中8种抗氧化荆含量在10 mg/kg时实验精密度为1.60%-10.46%;添加抗氧化剂的回收率在84%~106%;。结论该方法具有高效率,高灵敏度,准确度好,可靠性高等技术特点。

Objective In this paper a method for determination of imazosulfuron in cereals by HPLC was described. Methods Samples were cleaned up with auto solid phase extraction and determined by HPLC using UV-detector. Results The detection limits were 0.02 mg/kg, recoveries and RSDs of the method were 88.5%-90.7%and 2.23%-5.66%at this concentration. Conclusion The method described has high efficiency and sensitivity, with good stability and veracity.

目的本方法为大米中咪唑磺隆残留量的检测技术。方法样品提取后采用自动固相萃取方式;定量分析采用高效液相色谱方法-紫外检测器进行检测。结果最低检测限为0.02 mg/kg;大米中残留咪唑磺隆量实验精密度为2.23%-5.66%;咪唑磺隆的添加浓度在0.02 mg/kg-0.50 mg/kg时,回收率范围为88.5%-90.7%。结论该方法具有高效率,高灵敏度,准确度好,可靠性高等技术特点。
