The amounts of iron and amino acids in dried pig powder were determined. It contained a large quantity of iron (230-260m/100g) and all essential amino acids. The blood fortified wheat flour biscuit containing 15mg Fe/100g was made and 30±2g of the biscuit was given to 65 primary school students (age 8-10) per capita per day during school day break for 40 days from Sep to Oct in 1984. For the control group, equal amount of the same biscuit without blood fortification was given to 34 subjects of the same age....

The blood fortified wheat flour biscuit containing 15mg Fe/100g was made and 30±2g of the biscuit was given to 65 primary school students (age 8-10) per capita per day during school day break for 40 days from Sep to Oct in 1984. For the control group, equal amount of the same biscuit without blood fortification was given to 34 subjects of the same age. Finger blood was taken for determination of hemoglobin, hematocrit, RBC count and serum ferritin before and after the experiment.there were significant differences (P<0.01) between the experiment group and control group for hemoglobin, hematocrit, RBC count on the 56th day after the experiment. It suggested that blood fortified biscuit could make a good effect on preventing iron deficiency anemia. It was probably that, besides iron, animal blood might provide a certain amount of amino acids for improving the protein quality of wheat biscuit. However, further study about its palatability and the storage effect was needed.

本试验目的在于观察食物中强化动物血对防治缺铁性贫血的效果和可行性。猪血取自北京市肉联厂,经处理制成干粉含铁230~260mg/100g,饼干含铁0.64mg/100g,加血粉后含铁15mg/100g。受试者均为北京市宏庙小学8~10岁小学生,试验组65名,对照组34名,均于课间食30±2g饼干。试验组自1984年9月12日至11月15日,除节假日共食40天含血饼干。于实验前、停吃血粉饼干后3天和56天分別取血测定实验组及对照组学生血红蛋白,红细胞压积、红细胞计数、血清铁蛋白含量。 实验组与对照组比较,停吃血粉饼干后3天,血红蛋白、红细胞压积、铁蛋白无显著差异,停吃饼干56天后,血红蛋白、红细胞压积及红细胞计数则呈现明显差异,而血清铁蛋白无显著差异。

The necessity of medium wave ultraviolet illumination to the underground coal miners was studied. Serum calcium, phosphorus and alkaline phophatase were examinated with determination of hemoglobin, red count, white count and phagocytic index of white blood cells, among underground coal-miners prior to illumination and the above ground workers served as controls. The necessity of medium wave ultraviolet illumination to the underground coal miners was studied. 本文对煤矿井下作业工人应用中波紫外线补偿照射试验的研究结果:除白细胞吞噬指数照射后明显增高外,其余血清钙、血清磷,血清碱性磷酸酶,血紅蛋白、红细胞总数、白细胞总数等项,在照射前后均属正常范围,亦无显著性差异。作者认为,地处亚热带的煤矿,井下作业工人似不需用人工中波紫外线进行补偿照射。

研究了MB/Nafion修饰微柱碳纤维电极的制备方法,用扫描电镜对它的表面形态进行了观察。该电极在缓冲溶液中扫描或放置的稳定性都很好,在弱酸性介质中,对血红蛋白在碳纤维电极上的氧化有催化作用,峰电流的增加与血红蛋白的浓度在5×10-6~5×10-5mol/L范围内有良好的线性关系,对6×10-6mol/L的血红蛋白测定6次的变异系数为3.5%,可用于血清中血红蛋白的直接电化学测定,探讨了电催化作用的机理。
