This paper discusses the shape optimization of tooth configuration of involute spur gears in order to minimize the fatigue fillet bending stre- sses by using two kinds of mathematic models and presents the best tooth configuration in standard and non-standrad.To avoid the possibility of uno- ptimal solution resulted from using the continuous variable optimal methods, mixed discrete optimal method is applied.The results prove that the fillet bending stresses decrease as the coefficience of the tooth hight(h_a~*)decreases...

This paper discusses the shape optimization of tooth configuration of involute spur gears in order to minimize the fatigue fillet bending stre- sses by using two kinds of mathematic models and presents the best tooth configuration in standard and non-standrad.To avoid the possibility of uno- ptimal solution resulted from using the continuous variable optimal methods, mixed discrete optimal method is applied.The results prove that the fillet bending stresses decrease as the coefficience of the tooth hight(h_a~*)decreases and decrease as the fillet circle increases.In the non-standard and standard models,the fillet bending stresses decrease by 27.7% and 24.8% respectively.

本文以齿根疲劳弯曲应力最小为目标,对渐开线直齿齿轮的齿廓进行形状优化。采用混合离散连续变量的优化方法,分别研究了非标准和标准齿形的最优廓形,避免采用连续变量优化时由于圆整而引起的最优解的非最优性甚至不可行的可能性。优化结果表明:齿根圆角半径对齿根弯曲应力影响最大,齿顶高系数次之。弯曲应力随齿根圆角半径的增大而减小,随齿顶高系数的减小而减小。在非标准和标准齿形参数情况下,齿根弯曲应力分别下降27.7%和24.8%。

本文详细介绍了离心概率筛优化数学模型的建立,结合数学模型引进了离散变量优化设计方法(MD-OD),为离心概率筛的设计提供了一种切实可行的优化设计程序.最后,给出一个离心筛实例,并对计算结果作了进一步分析和讨论.
