The dyeing ability and colour fastness have been improved for samples grafted withacrylic acid. Meanwhile, the mechanical properties are almost not affected.

把等离子体接枝共聚方法应用于真丝织物的改性,研究了丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸接枝聚合条件对接枝率、抗皱性、染色性及力学性能的影响。实验结果表明,等离子体接枝聚合可在不影响真丝织物原有力学性能、光泽、手感的情况下,在1%左右丙烯酰胺接枝率时,使折皱回复角提高20~30%;在丙烯酸接枝时,可提高对阳离子染料的上染能力及色牢度。

聚烯烃的功能化方法可分为:直接共聚法、反应性基团功能化和后功能化。与另外两种功能化方法相比,后功能化法的研究和应用较为广泛。本文重点介绍近年来后功能化的新技术如等离子体接枝、超临界二氧化碳接枝、固相力化学接枝和缩合聚合接枝以及传统方法比如溶液接枝法、辐射接枝法和固相接枝法的更新与改进。功能化聚烯烃对聚合物填充体系和共混体系有良好的增容作用。
