Analyzing the theoretical basis of ultrasonic wave vibration metal cutting, we have made several expermints on the machined surface roughness and formation of low carbon steel (20#); stainless steel (Crl8Ni9Ti); Aluminium alloy (Lyl2) and queneh high speed steel (W18Cr4V,HRc62-64) and so on.

采用超声波振动切削,能明显地改善金属切削过程,较多地减小切屑变形和切削力、有利于消除积屑瘤和抑制切削过程中产生的自激振动等。因此,能显著地提高工件的表面光洁度和加工精度,并可对普通切削难以加工的材料进行加工或改善其加工性。 本文分析了超声波振动切削的理论基础,用实验方法对低碳钢(20~#)、不锈钢(Cr18Ni9Ti)、铝合金(Ly12)和淬火高速钢(W18Cr4V,HRc62~64)等材料的加工表面光洁,工件圆度及加工表面形态等方面说明超声波振动切削的可行性,为今后进一步开展这方面的研究应用提供理论与实践依据。

In this paper, the machining properties of stainless steel and mackenite metal are analyzed. The advantages of the ultrasonic wave vibration metal cutting are explained. Several experiments have been done on the machined surface roughness and hardness, cutting power and chip form of stainless steel and mackenite metal, by means of ulttrsonic wave vibration cutting. The results obtained show that the ultrasonic wavc vibration metal cutting is an effective method for machining the difficult-to-ma chine materials. Not only the cutting force and cutting temperature are redused apparently, but also the machined surface quality and the effect of breaking chip are improved.

本文分析了不锈钢、高温合金的加工特性并介绍了超声波振动切削的优点。对超声波振动车削不锈钢和高温合金的表面粗糙度、表面加工硬化、切削功率以及切屑形态等进行了试验。试验结果表明,超声波振动切削不但可显著降低切削力、切削温度,而且明显改善了加工表面的质量和断屑的效果,是加工难加工材料的一种有效的方法。

This paper deals with the experimental study of improvement on the oil cooling ability by producing ultrasonic wave vibration in the quenching oil trough. The author suggests that forced convection and ultrasonic wave vibration should be employed simultaneously to exert a coaction on the oil trough. It has been proved that with the vortex spray applied to the oil trough, the oil cooling ability will be improved remarkably.

本文对在淬火油槽内用超声波振动提高油冷却能力的试验进行了研究。提出了用被迫对流和超声波振动同时作用于淬火油槽的方法。试验研究表明,用涡流喷射器作用淬火油槽,可显著提高油的冷却能力。
