In this paper, fatigue crack propagation tests were carried out in cruciform specimens in which a center initial crack orient at 45 deg. The crack was deflected. Crack growth rate was large at begin then decreased. After propagated about 2mm, crack growth rate was increased again. The inclining crack growth rate was larger than the growth rates of mode Ⅰ crack, when one loading was static and the other was cyclic loading. The compressive static loading act to increase the growth rate, while tensile loading decrease it.

本文用十字型试件研究了侧向静载荷下斜裂纹的疲劳扩展,实验表明裂纹拐弯扩展后,沿着使Ⅰ型应力强度因子幅趋于零的路径扩展,裂纹以穿晶方式向前扩展,受Ⅱ型应力强度因子的影响裂纹扩展速率经历了由大→小→大的过程,侧向静载荷下斜裂纹的扩展速率较Ⅰ型扩展速率要大,侧向负载荷能促使扩展速率增加,侧向正静载荷使扩展速率降低。

以荆州长江大桥混凝土钻孔灌注桩单桩竖向抗压静载试验在未达到破坏荷载时 ,对于无特征的缓变型“Q -S”曲线如何判定单桩极限承载力为研究目的。引入前人总结出的“逆变斜率法”、“S—βlg(Q/Qmax)作图法”和“高应变实测曲线拟合法”与“测力元件数理统计法”进行解释 ,将四种方法推荐结果综合对该桩进行分析和对比 ,判定该桩单桩竖向极限承载力

Objective To find some effective ways to strengthen flared root canal with casting post -core and crown. Methods Flared root was prepared with new extracted human tooth for the experiment , which was rehabilitated with Bis-core composite, and then it was restored with casting post and core crowns. A compressive static load was applied at a 135 degree to the long axis of the root until fracture, using the universal mechanical testing machine. The data of experiment was statistically analysed. Objective To find some effective ways to strengthen flared root canal with casting post -core and crown. Methods Flared root was prepared with new extracted human tooth for the experiment , which was rehabilitated with Bis-core composite, and then it was restored with casting post and core crowns. A compressive static load was applied at a 135 degree to the long axis of the root until fracture, using the universal mechanical testing machine. The data of experiment was statistically analysed. Results The root canal rehabilitated with composite resin showed higher fracture resistance. There was a statistically significant difference in the resistance. Conclusion The rehabilitation of flared root canal using composite resin increased the fracture resistance of root canal.

目的 探讨桩核冠修复中提高薄弱根管抗力的方法。方法 选用成人离体牙 ,制备成喇叭口根管的实验样本 ,以BIS -CORE树脂材料对薄弱根管进行重塑 ,铸造桩核冠修复 ,在电子万能力学试验机上沿与牙长轴 135°方向静态加载 ,测试折裂强度。结果 用树脂加强薄弱根管后修复组折裂强度最高 ,与薄弱根管直接修复组差异有显著性。结论 利用BIS -CORE树脂材料对薄弱根管进行重塑后修复 ,可提高其抗力。
