Such listening teaching mode neglects the students and their language creativity, and isn't suitable for the wider and wider scope of international exchange that China is expanding, and can't meet our country's needs for the talents of high quality.
Guided by the theories of Krashen' s Second language Acquisition and Vygodski' s Zone of Proximal Development, the author has attempted a two-stage listening-teaching mode on the basis of the teaching schedule and the actual situation of English majors in Five-Year College (through questionaire and test etc).
