Atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS)is used to determining quantitatively lithium in gas-field water as-produced and chemically treated.The optimum operating conditions for determinations by AAS in air-acetylene flame are researched without separating out of the water samples coexisting interfering elements.More than 20 such interfering elements are studied.It is shown that the negative influence of alkaline and alkaline earth metals can be eliminated by aluminium nitrate.A simple,fast and accurate procedure...

本文研究了气田水及其处理液不分离干扰元素,在空气-乙炔焰中用原子吸收法直接测定锂的最佳工作条件,进行了20余种共存元素的干扰试验和用硝酸铝作干扰抑制剂消除碱金属和碱土金属元素干扰的试验。在此基础上拟定了不经分离干扰元素,直接用原子吸收法测定气田水及其处理液中锂含量的方法。实践表明,该方法简便、快速、准确,适用于其他含锂样品中锂的直接测定。

In this papar, the influence of conditions which human blood, saliva and urine is ashed with dry process on determination of lithium has been investigated. By selecting conditions suitable to ashing and adopting H_2SO_4 to assist ashing, the recovery ratio of lithium has been increased. The infuence of twenty-one sorts of ions on determination also has been studied. The direct and standard addition determinations have been applied to determine lithium in human blood, saliva and urine under the selected conditions, the results are in good agreement with that of both methods. The method of ashing here is simple and the result satisfying. Also, it is suitable for clinical analysis of pychiatry.

本文研究了人血、唾液及尿中锂的测定.对人血灰化条件作了探讨,采用灰化辅助剂硫酸以提高锂的回收率,并对直接测定法与标准加入法作了比较,本文C.V。小于3.2%,标准加入回收率在98.2~105%之间,适用于精神病治疗中锂的临床分析。
