     Methods:The five items(i.e.:fetal breathing movement,fetal movement,muscle tension,amniotic fluid volume and NST) of B ultrasound biophysical surveillance(BPS) were altered as follows:NST was treated as a solo test,the other four items associated with placenta classification were called new BPS and the new BPS united with NST called improved BPS. A group of gravidas was given a comprehensive mark about the fetal biophysical profile which included fetal motion (FM),fetal breathing motion (FBM),fetal tension of muscle (FT),amniotic fluid volume (AFV),and non-strained test(NST). Comparing with the indications on fetal prognosis,the results of the pregnancies showed that rates of Apgar's≤7 scores in a minute ,amniotic fluid pollution were smaller than for gestation age (SGA) and the perinatal mortality rates of the newborns were higher...

B-mode ultrasonography provided reliable indications to the doctors for how to deliver a child and to reduce the perinatal mortality, and opened up a new way of surveillance on high risk pregnancy.

The present study is a retrospective review and coding of the videotapes of 49 fetuses at different gestational age. The purpose of this study was to examine changes in fetal breathing movement over gestational age in response to airborne sound stimulation. The result showed that the changes in fetal breathing and body movements were modulated by sensory stimulation. And there were differences in changes of breathing and body movement between fetuses in different gestational age. That is, fetuses from 35 weeks to term were more sensitive to response to the airborne stimulation than fetuses from 32 weeks to 34 weeks.

采用回顾性研究方法考察了由空气传递的声音刺激对未足月与足月胎儿的呼吸性运动与胎动的影响。结果发现,胎儿通过呼吸运动的变化(如呼吸运动加速、减缓、停止/停顿等)及胎动来对外界刺激作出反应;而且这种反应在不同胎龄的胎儿间有显著的不同:胎龄大的或足月的胎儿在有声音刺激条件下的呼吸运动变化比胎龄小的更多。
