The mechanical analysis of operating the high temperature high pressure deep well testing pipe string is one of the key techniques in testing engineering design.Because various operating modes must be always undergone for determining the structure of the testing pipe string,the key,of how to control the operational parameters of the testing pipe string,the properties of the fluids inside and outside the string,undercuting depth,tubing pressure and casing pressure so as to ensure the strength of the string and the safety of downhole packer under various operating modes,is to analyze in detail the forcing,deformation and strength under high temperature,high pressure and high flow velocity in design stage,thus finding out the limiting operation parameters under various operating modes.On the basis of briefly stating the testing pipe string formation and its operating sequence,the change rule of the string loads under various operating modes is analyzed in detail and some approximation formulas of calculating the deformation and strength of the string are given out,according to which the limiting operation parameters of the string are found out and the problems and methods remaining to be deep researched in the mechanical analysis of high temperature high pressure deep well testing pipe string are pointed out.The authors especially point out the effect of the friction and impact forces caused by high speed gas flow against the string under the operating mode of flowing testing on the deformation and strength of the testing string,and that the dynamic coupling vibration analysis of the high speed gas flow against the testing string is a special problem in the mechanical analysis of high temperature high pressure deep well testing pipe string,to which we should attach great importance so as to ensure the safety and reliability of the string and to make a success of the testing.

高温高压深井测试管柱的工作力学分析是测试工程设计的关键技术之一。确定测试管柱结构往往要经过多种作业工况。如何控制测试管柱的施工作业参数及其测试管柱内外流体性质、掏空深度以及井口油压、套压等,确保各工况下测试管柱的强度及井下封隔器安全,其关键是在设计阶段详细分析高温、高压及高流速下测试管柱的受力、变形及强度,从而确定出各工况下的极限操作参数。文中在简述测试管柱构成及其施工工序的基础上,详细分析了各工况下测试管柱载荷变化规律,给出了管柱变形及强度计算的近似公式,以此确定出测试管柱的极限工作参数,进而指出了高温、高压深井测试管柱力学分析中尚待深入研究的问题和方法。特别指出在流动测试工况下高速气流对管柱的摩擦力、冲击力等对测试管柱变形及强度的影响,以及高速气流与测试管柱的动态耦联振动分析是高温高压深井测试管柱分析的特殊问题,应予以高度重视,以确保测试管柱的安全可靠及测试的成功。

深井测试对于及时发现和准确评价深部油藏具有重要意义,而深井测试的成功率和效果是通过深井测试管柱力学的研究来实现的。测试管柱力学研究应在分析井下工作条件和工艺特点的基础上,弄清井下管柱的工作状态及其变化,研究井筒内多相流分布规律,研究温度、压力变化引起的4种效应,进行测试管柱受力状态室内模拟试验,建立井下测试管柱综合力学模型,并在此基础上,确定适用于不同情况的力学分析和计算方法。

Along with the development of drilling works to deep reservoirs,more and more deep wells with high temperature and high pressure will be drilled.After seismic exploration,cuttings logging,coring and well logging,the deep well testing is the only method of directly understanding formation fluid character and measuring reservoir parameters and is also an important way of raising economic benefit of exploration and development.According to the actual conditions of fluid flow inside and outside the testing string under the operating mode of testing for production in the deep well with high temperature and high pressure and to the loading and deformation of the string in wellbore,a three dimensional mechanic analysis model of the string under the operating mode of testing for production is established in the paper.The change laws of the parameters,as testing string loading,internal force and deformation,along string axis are detected by use of numerical analysis technique,which provides a theoretical basis for determining the parameters of the design and operation of testing string in deep well.

随着钻探工作向深部地层发展 ,高温高压深井越来越多。深井测试是继地震勘探、岩屑录井、取心和电测之后唯一能直接测得地层流体特性和地层参数的方法 ,也是提高勘探、开发经济效益的重要途径。根据高温高压深井测试求产工况下测试管柱内外流体流动的实际情况和管柱在井中的受力、变形状况 ,建立了测试管柱求产工况的三维力学分析模型 ,采用数值分析方法得到测试管柱载荷、内力及变形等参数沿管柱轴线的变化规律 ,为深井测试管柱的设计和施工参数的确定提供了理论依据。
