The operationperformances of lubrication system with different conditions of the grease temperature, the numbers of lubricating point and the length of main pipe are also studied. Ternary quadratic polynomial model with the 14 characteristic parameters is established. Result of error analysis proves the model is reasonable, and can be used.

Results: A good quadratic polynomial model for caprylic acid incorporation was obtained. According to the ANOVA, the model was significant (P<0.0001) and there was no lack of fit.

This paper deals with the variations of source-sink characters over seeding dates, and with relations of the characters to temperature and light in wheat and barley. Dry weight of grains and vegetative organs, leaf area, grain volume and grain number/spike were measured at aninterval of 7 days from anthesis until maturity. The logestic equation, quadratic polynomial model, correlation and path analysis methods were used in this experiment. The results indicated that the variations over seedign dates and the responses to temperature and light were varied among the characters and species.LAD and NAR in wheat were significantly correlated with the 2 climate factors; however, only temperature was sigfiificantly associated with LAD and NAR in barley variety Zaoshu No. 3. The low temperature reduced the kernel number/spike, and high temperature reduced the volume and weight of kernel in the 2 species. But their grain weight and volume/spike increased with temperature. The variations of LAD and NAR affected the production and accumulation of dry matter to a higher extent in barley than in wheat.
