Since used of conputer monitoring control,the preduction effeciency of equipments are increased . The utilization factor of blast furnace in a mean of month is more than 2.35t/m ̄3·d.

济钢三铁1高力,扩容大修工艺设计中采用了炉体、炉前技术,使高炉容积由100m~3提高到128m~3,高炉、热风炉采用汽化冷却,高炉可节水95%、节电90%。热风炉节水、节电延长设备使用寿命,热风阀使用寿命大于一代炉龄;高炉煤气使用布袋除尘器,128m~3高炉每年节水154×104t,节能折合标准煤2000t;使用顶燃式热风炉热风温度可达1000~1350℃;微机监测控制稳定了操作,提高了效率。大修投产两年多高顺行,生产稳定,高炉利用系数月平均大于2.35t/m~3d.

In this paper, the concept desgin for long campaign hot blast valve is put forward, through calculation ,analysis and industrial practice, the water cooling ?refractory lining and valve plate structure with long campaign life hot blast valve are studied in depth ? the problems concering with long campaign life blast valve are also discussed?

提出了长寿热风阀的设计概念 ,通过计算分析及工业实践 ,深入研究了与长寿热风阀有关的水冷却、耐火衬、密封及阀板结构等问题 ,讨论了长寿热风阀的相关问题。
