It has been found that to supply hot water with a heat pump saves much more energy as compared with the other ways of supplying heat....

A calculation method of heating energy consumption for residcential buildings in the North of China based on variable—base degree day method was descirbed. A computer program based on this method was devetoped. Its advantages are simple in use, suitable in computation by microcomputer and accurate in result. As an example, calculation of heating energy consumption was made, using the program that input residential model (brick—and—concrete structure) and weather data in Beijing area. Compared with data measured for the similar residential building, the results calculated by the program were concordant. Finally, some measures for energy saving are discussed and improvements of operation and control for heating systems are put forward after analyzing the main problems of existing heating systems. The effect by using various measures mentioned in this paper are also presented.

本文阐述一种估算我国北方地区住宅建筑采暖能耗的方法——变基准温度的度日法。基于这种方法我们编制了计算机程序。它的优点是比较简便、可以使用做机计算并具有一定的精确性。以北京地区砖混结构多层住宅建筑为倒进行了采暖能耗计算,计算值与这二年实测值比较一致。最后讨论了一些节能措施,在分析了目前采暖系统存在的主要问题后,提出了提高采暖系统运行和控制水平的措施,并且估算了各种节能措施的效益。

The heating systems of three typical structures of residential buildings and of the housing estates were selected and measured. The heat, which is supplied by the hot water heating system,was measured with the domestic products—calorimeter connected with turbo—flowmeter, flow indicator—intergrater and platinum resistance thermometer....

本文通过三年的调查与实测摸清了北京市住宅建筑能耗的基本情况。对北京市三种有代表性的住宅建筑及住宅小区的采暖系统进行了实测。采用国产热表配涡轮流量变送器、流量指示积算仪、铂热电阻测量热水采暖系统的供热量。也探讨了应用微型计算机的住宅建筑采暖能耗的计算方法—交基准温度的度日法。
