本文研究了三种根管内厌氧菌纯化荚膜对人牙龈成纤维细胞的抑制作用。结果显示牙龈卟啉菌和中间型普里沃氏菌纯化荚膜可以明显抑制成纤维细胞DNA合成,使细胞、细胞核面积增大,但细胞未出现死亡、溶解现象,两种荚膜对成纤维细胞的作从里浓度依赖性,以牙龈卟啉菌荚膜作用最强,牙髓卟啉菌荚膜作用不明显。纯化荚膜对成纤维细胞的作用主要是诱导其过早老化。

AbstractPorphyrornonas endodontalis was known to be im-portant microorganisms in the etiology of pulp and apicalinfection. In this paper, we generated hybridomas se-creting monoclonal antibody against Porphyromonas en-dodontalis ATCC 35406. The specificity of the mono-clonal antibody was examined by ELISA against a bat-tery organisms (109 Strains). 为在牙髓微生物学研究中,提供有价值的试剂,以用于牙髓尖周感染标本中细菌的快速检测。本研究用牙髓卟啉杆菌(porphyromanusendodontalis)国际标准菌株ATCC35406作为免疫原制得一株稳定分泌抗ATCC35406单克隆抗体杂交瘤细胞系,经鉴定所分泌抗体特异性良好。预期可用于牙髓尖周感染的细菌检测。
