Conclusion It indicated that the pathogenic composition of the pathogenic substance was probably a kind of protein toxin.

目的为研究刺蛾幼虫致病性物质成份,以探讨刺蛾幼虫皮炎的致病机理及其治疗。方法采用“O”号毛笔刺激刺蛾幼虫释放毒素,再用0℃蒸馏水制备毒素洗脱液,并用考马氏亮蓝G-250染色法检测该毒素洗脱液成份;然后用该洗脱液接种人体皮肤进行致病性研究。结果测得毒素洗脱液中有蛋白质存在;该毒素洗脱液直接接种人体皮肤可致皮炎,若将其加热后再接种人体无致病作用。结论由此进一步证实该毒素洗脱液的致病物质为蛋白质类毒素。

目的:探讨刺蛾幼虫毒刺毛的致病性。方法:用成熟刺蛾幼虫毒刺毛直接触刺自愿者的上肢皮肤和采用皮肤挑刺法将毒刺毛洗脱液直接接种于自原者上肢皮肤后,对刺蛾幼虫毒刺毛的毒力作直接动态观察。结果:自愿者上肢皮肤被刺蛾幼虫毒刺毛触刺后,局部表现为刺痛、奇痒、红晕、风团、丘疹等;接种毒刺毛洗脱液后,自愿者上肢皮肤所出现的皮炎症状与毒刺毛触刺皮肤后出现的皮炎症状相似;而加热后再接种自愿者上肢皮肤,则不出现上述皮炎症状。结论:刺蛾幼虫的毒刺毛具有致病性,致病物质成分为蛋白类毒素,其毒力较强。
