Considering the process of crop utilizing rainwater in dryland farming the united formula of rainwater use efficiency of crops (PUE) explains the internal relations of several rates and efficiencies which influence PUE. PUE=SW/P×ET c/SW×T/ET c×Y/T. When a prcipitation is given, PUE could be increased to its maximum value through making SW/P (rate of rainwater collection and storage), ET c/SW (rate of water consumption on cropland), T/ET c (ratio of crop transpiration to cropland evapotranspiration)...

Considering the process of crop utilizing rainwater in dryland farming the united formula of rainwater use efficiency of crops (PUE) explains the internal relations of several rates and efficiencies which influence PUE. PUE=SW/P×ET c/SW×T/ET c×Y/T. When a prcipitation is given, PUE could be increased to its maximum value through making SW/P (rate of rainwater collection and storage), ET c/SW (rate of water consumption on cropland), T/ET c (ratio of crop transpiration to cropland evapotranspiration) and Y/T (crop watr use efficiency, WUE T) reaching into the highest values one after another. The precipitation, the crop potential yield in a rainfed land and the latent crop water use efficiency (WUE T or WUE ET ) are corresponding to each other in given crop varieties. Average PUE is equal to average WUE ET (Y/ET c) under the condition of no surface runoff and no fallow in the loess plateau, but lower than average WUE ET  under the other conditions. With the rotation system being rational in the loess plateau, to increase PUE firstly depends on detaining rainfall and runoff to infiltrate into the ground on the spot and restraining soil evaporation, then relies on having conditions of adequate fertilizer and optimum cultivation practices. A further potential of increasing PUE lies in improving crop varieties.

旱地作物雨水利用效率(PUE)的统一性表达式,从作物利用雨水的过程的角度上,阐释了制约PUE大小的若干比率及效率间的内在联系。PUE=SW/P×ETc/SW×T/ETc×Y/T。给定雨量时,渐次使雨水收存率(SW/P),农田水分消耗率(ETc/SW),作物蒸腾占农田耗水的比率(T/ETc),及作物水分利用效率(Y/T,即WUEr)达到最大,即可使PUE达到最大。一定作物品种条件下,降水量、作物降水生产潜力及作物潜在水分利用效率是互相对应的。在黄土高原,就多年均值而言,PUE通常小于WUEET(即Y/ETc),只有当无地表径流和无休闲时,二者才能相等;与合理的轮作制度相适应,PUE的提高首先在于强化降雨就地就近入渗拦蓄与抑制土壤物理蒸发;其次在于优化的包括养分供应在内的栽培措施。从长远看,抗旱高产品种的选育则是进一步提高PUE的潜力所在

The changing trends in foodgrain and oilseed production, and the affecting factors of that trends are analyzed in this paper. It is shown that the per unit yield is the predominant driving force of foodgrain and oilseed production in Tibet. Sustainable increase of the per unit yield of foodgrain and oilseed production, and following countermeasures should be adopted: application of improved crop varieties, promotion of the cultivation system, improvement of the low yield land and building up of the capacity...

The changing trends in foodgrain and oilseed production, and the affecting factors of that trends are analyzed in this paper. It is shown that the per unit yield is the predominant driving force of foodgrain and oilseed production in Tibet. Sustainable increase of the per unit yield of foodgrain and oilseed production, and following countermeasures should be adopted: application of improved crop varieties, promotion of the cultivation system, improvement of the low yield land and building up of the capacity for irrigation system for cultivated land.

本文对西藏粮油生产发展趋势与特点及影响西藏粮油生产的因素进行了分析。结果表明: 单产是目前西藏粮油总产量提高的首要驱动力。而提高粮油单产则需采取: 切实加强农作物优良品种的选育与推广; 粮油种植技术规范化、系统化和模式化; 大力推广低产田改造技术, 扩大中低产田改造的面积; 兴修水利和确保水利设施的质量等措施。
