A new technique for the recovery of Pd from 7701, PGC, C_2 and C_3 catalyst scraps was described. The effects of the roasting temperature, acidity and temperature of leaching solution on the recovery of Pd were studied, and the optimum operating conditions were determined to be 600℃, 6N HCl and 105℃ respectively. The extraction yield of Pd in excess of 94% was obtained.

叙述从7701、PGC、C_2、C_3失效催化剂中回收Pd的新工艺。研究焙烧温度、浸出酸度和温度对Pd浸出率之影响,最后获取Pd的实收率>94%的良好指标。

A process of recovery of palladium from C—Pd catalyst scrap by oxidation roasting and leaching in hydrochloric acid was described. The effects of the roasting temperature, acidity, time and the temperature of the leaching solution on the recovery of palladium were studied. The extraction of palladium in excess of 98% was obtained.

采用氧化焙烧、盐酸浸出处理失效C—Pd催化剂,并从浸出液中用氨络合或离子交换精炼钯的工艺,钯的直收率>98%。

A process of recovery of Palladium chloride from Pd-C catalyst scrap was expounded. Thus, the total recovery of palladium reaches 99.3 % , and the purity of palladium chloride is 98.3 % .

阐述了废钯—炭催化剂经焚烧灰化、还原、溶解蒸干、氨水除杂制海绵钯,再用王水溶解蒸干得氯化钯的过程。通过最佳条件的确定,钯的总回收率可达99.3%,产物氯化钯纯度达98.3%。
