配制了普通电瓷和高强度电瓷配料 ,制成坯样 ,分析了其理化性能 ;对烧成试样作了强度实验 ,发现含Al2 O3高的试样强度远高于含Al2 O3低的试样。再对试样进一步作XRD衍射及偏光显微镜定性分析 ,结果表明 :Al2 O3含量提高有助于提高玻璃相强度 ;高强度试样以刚玉、莫来石为主晶相 ,且尺寸细小、晶粒均匀程度高 ;晶相对玻璃相比值高有助于电瓷强度的提高

The raw materials, it's proportion and the production technology are systematically studied by orthogonal design,the mi-crostrueture is studied by XRD、SEM etc.. The result shows, it's feasible to produce the high-strength electric porcelain by oxidizing atmosphere which is of 140 MPa.

用正交实验法,通过调整配方、改变工艺条件,在氧化气氛下烧制了高强度电瓷产品。同时用XRD、SEM等测试技术对瓷胎的显微结构进行了分析。结果表明:用氧化气氛烧制高强度电瓷是切实可行的,产品的机械强度达到了140MPa。
