A crude oil distillation column with stripping steam is a good example of an application that is subject to frequent upsets.
      


A dynamic model of a crude oil distillation column is established by identifica-tion.The process is analyzed and a description of simplified MISO System isobtained.Dynamic tests are carried out by use of P.R.B.S.and models areidentified.Several methods are compared with each other.Many results show thatthe identification of practical industrial process by simple methods is feasible andthe models have been successfully used to practical process.Some successfulmethods and experience are presented.

本文叙述我们通过系统辨识方法建立了大型炼油蒸馏塔的动态模型。首先结合工艺分析给出简化的多输入单输出模型结构,然后用 PRBS 输入分别进行单通道和多通道扰动试验,再经辨识获得了蒸馏塔模型。系统辨识过程中,我们针对某一通道就几种不同的辨识方法进行了比较,证明用简单的方法,在一定条件下对实际工业过程建模是可行的,所获模型经验证也是可靠的,并在实际生产中取得了良好的应用。这就为实际工业过程建模提供了成功的经验和方法。

Structured packings have the characteristics of a lower pressure drop in the vapor phase, a higher efficiency, and a higher capacity than trays, which were illustrated in some revamping examples of crude oil distillation...

structured packing has been widely used in petroleum refining. The key of design for distillation columns with structured packing is computer simulation of distillation processes. The column design includes packing selection, hydrodynamic calculation and internals design. Structured packings have the characteristics of a lower pressure drop in the vapor phase, a higher efficiency, and a higher capacity than trays, which were illustrated in some revamping examples of crude oil distillation columns. By replacing the trays in crude distillation with the structured packings and high performance gas/liquid distributors, the total product yield can be raised more than 2%. Meanwhile, product qualities can be improved and column capacity may be increased.

The modei equations were simple, only 2 parameters and 7 coefficients were used. The complex iterations and the rigorous simulations of the column were not adopted, so the calculation was rapid. A small number of the original data were used to calculate the equation coefficient for new case. For calculations of FCC main fractionator and atmospheric distillation...

A mathematical modei for predicting product separation accuracy of oil distillation column was established based on operating data in production. The modei equations were simple, only 2 parameters and 7 coefficients were used. The complex iterations and the rigorous simulations of the column were not adopted, so the calculation was rapid. A small number of the original data were used to calculate the equation coefficient for new case. For calculations of FCC main fractionator and atmospheric distillation column, the regressive average errors were 3. 6℃and 3. 4℃ respectively. The model was not only suitable for above 2 columns, but also could be adaptable to vacuum distillation column, oker main fractionator and other oil fractionators for predicting the ASTM data of the column tops.

采用实际操作数据,建立了油品分馏塔产品分离精确度的预测数学模型。该模型方程式形式简单,在预测计算中不用进行复杂的迭代计算和分馏塔的严格模拟计算,计算速度快。对于新算例,用比较少的原始数据(最少几组数据),就可以回归出模型参数。对常压蒸馏塔,模型回归的算术平均误差只有3.6℃,对催化裂化主分馏塔,模型回归的算术平均误差只有3.4℃。因此该模型能够较好地适用于常压蒸馏塔、催化裂化主分馏塔产品分离精确度的计算和预测,也可适用于减压蒸馏塔、焦化主分馏塔、常减压蒸馏塔等其它类型的油品分馏塔塔顶产品ASTM数据的预测。
