The problems are becoming more and more severe. Three infected area could be divided in Heilongjiang Province according to the degree of injury : 1. The west severe occurrance area; 2. The east Three River Plain medium occurrence area; 3. The light occurrence area except above-mentioned two area.Our primary study results on soybean cyst nematode...

Nowadays almost all regions in Heilongjiang Province have the soybean cyst nematode problems except the five non-sarreyed counties (Fuyuan, Huma and etc.). The problems are becoming more and more severe. Three infected area could be divided in Heilongjiang Province according to the degree of injury : 1. The west severe occurrance area; 2. The east Three River Plain medium occurrence area; 3. The light occurrence area except above-mentioned two area.Our primary study results on soybean cyst nematode showed that kidney bean, small red bean and various wild and semi-wild soybean are main host plants. One generation of soybean cyst nematode needs 330℃-350℃ active accumulated temperature, and three generations could occur in one year. The vertical distribution of cysts in soil was 0-25cm (occupied 99.4%). The more severe injury. occured in Salinea-lkali soil. The rotation with non-hosts crop could decrease the number of cysts 22.4% in arerage each year. After continuous cropping of soybean the cysts could increase 236.6% in average by planting resistant varieties the cysts only increased 5-6.6%, while by planting immune meterials the cysts could decrease 18.5%.According to our primary analysed result, there are race 1, race 3 and race 4 in China. The race 3 is dominant race in Heilongjiang province. Since 1976 nineteen highly resistant source of resistance to soybean cyst nematode have been screened out and since 1978 the new rsistant source with yellow seed coat and larger seeds (over 15 grams of 100 seeds weight) have been developed by means of crossing and back crossing. At present 3% granular Furadan is the main chemical used for control of this granular diseace.We suggest that more attention showld be riveted on the studies of breeding for nematode-resistant varieties, inspecting cysts before planting for directing chemical control and rotation and biocontrol.

黑龙江省目前除抚远、呼玛等5县未作调查外,其余各县、市均有大豆孢囊线虫病为害,而且仍有扩大蔓延趋势。根据为害程度,可将我省划分为三个为害区:1.西部重发生区。2.东部三江平原中等发生区。3.除上述两地区外均为轻发生区。 通过对大豆孢囊线虫的研究,初步明确菜豆、赤小豆、各种野生、半野生大豆等是大豆孢囊线虫的主要寄主;它完成一个世代有效积温为330℃—350℃左右,一年发生三代;孢囊在土壤中的垂直分布为0—25厘米占99.4%;在盐碱土和砂质土危害较重;与非寄主作物轮作孢囊平均每年降低22.4%,而种植大豆后孢囊平均增长236.6%左右;种植抗病品种孢囊仅增加5—6.6%,种免疫材料孢囊则降低18.5%。 初步分析我国有1、3、4号小种,黑龙江以3号小种为优势小种;1976年以来,已选出19份高抗抗源,并从1978年以来杂交转育出黄种皮、百粒重15克以上新抗源;药剂防治,目前主要采用8%呋喃丹颗粒剂。 建议今后大力开展抗病育种及病原致病性变异;播前查囊指导药剂防治与轮作及生物防治的研究。

本文利用黄种皮大豆作胞囊线虫抗源和当地感病栽培大豆杂交,分析盆栽鉴定方法及3号小种抗性遗传。结果表明,在高密度起始胞囊情况下,不同大小的盆不影响品种胞囊数表现,小盆便于观察和区分鉴定株的抗性;在当地大豆生育期间连续3次盆栽鉴定,各期品种抗性表现一致,胞囊线虫侵染力相似;后代 F_1抗性表现隐性 F_2,代分离抗性表现为受3对隐性基因控制,此代是盆栽鉴定抗性的重点。

Since sexual hybridizations in the Cruciferae family between Brassica napus and Raphanus sativus is possible, it is feasible to transfer nematode resistant gene(s) from R. sativus into B. napus. In the present research, intergeneric sexual hybridization was applied to aid the transfer and the application of in vitro ovule culture confirmed that this embryo rescue technique was a successful tool to obtain hybrids from crosses involving B. napus and R. sativus. By using the embryo rescue technique 133 BC1individuals derived from the cross of bridging hybrid allohexaploids (AACCRR 2n=56) × B.napus and 145 BC2hybrids derived from the cross 〔allohexaploids(AACCRR) × B. napus〕× B. napus were obtained in different cross combinations. Cytological studies of BC1individuals, which included both AACC and RR genome, indicated that the somatic chromosome numbers of BC1individuals ranged from 42 to 47. The chromosome numbers of BC2individuals ranged from 37 to 47. The BC1 and BC2 plants showed a large variation for both male and female fertility. The results of POX and GPI isozyme analysis suggested that the possibility to transfer important traits from Oilradish (Raphanus sativus L. ssp. oleiferus) to B. napus could be increased through following backcrosses.

甘蓝型油菜(AACC)与萝卜(RR)杂交以导入抗性基因,应用“胚胎挽救”技术在本研究中产生了133株F1代杂种株与油菜栽培品种回交的第1代杂种株,145株回交第2代杂种株.细胞学和同工酶(GPI,POX)酶谱分析表明,回交后代中萝卜的抗性R基因通过染色体工程可望导入到甘蓝型油菜栽培品种中.
