Based on the study of the features of urban rainfall runoff, a urban storm runoff model is set up. The model consists of three partS: the urban runoff yield, the overland flow and storm--sewer flow. By verification of observed data of three small catchments in Beijing and Xi'an, the model is proved to be of high accuracy and can also be used in runoff simulation for the control and management of urban storm drainage system.

基于城市降雨径流规律的研究,建立了城市暴雨径流计算模型(包括城市产流、地面汇流和管渠汇流三个部分)。在产流计算中,不透水区用变径流系数法,透水区用下渗曲线法;地面汇流用非线性运动波法;管渠汇流用动力波法。经北京和西安三个小区的实测资料检验,证明模型精度较高,可用于城市雨水控制和管理等场合的径流模拟。

In the construction of municipal and environmental engineerings,the cost of storm and sewage pipe system is very high.So it is an important subject to design rationally this system conforming to the technical standard.This problem is reviewed from three aspects:optimizing the drainage systems design on definitive precondition,optimal layout of pipeline network in plane and establishing of storm runoff model.There are some methods discussed and a few problems would be solved.
