碾压混凝土高坝防渗和层间结合是大坝设计的关键技术问题,也是限制碾压混凝土薄拱高坝发展的瓶颈。经过对大量的碾压混凝土室内和工程试验结果的分析,提出掺矿物纤维变态混凝土、防渗区层面喷洒层间结合剂和表面涂抹渗透结晶型防渗涂料的联合防渗工艺思路,可增强碾压混凝土抗拉强度、层间抗剪强度和抗渗性能,形成性能高、工艺简化的碾压混凝土高坝防渗结构体系。

文章概述了龙滩工程施工系统在:实现系统连续高强度、高效率、安全运行,首次实现碾压混凝土高坝施工,首次实现高温季节大坝混凝土浇筑高强度连续施工,首个完整的特大型砂石料加工系统,首次实现长距离皮带机输送成品砂石料,首次应用大型起重机械“防碰撞预警系统”等方面的技术创新成果,以论证我国水利水电工程施工机械化的不断技术进步。
