Slug flow is one important flow patten for upward gas-liquid two-phase flow in vertical tube. Starting from mass and momentum balance in special reference coordinate system, the flow pattern of slug bubble and downward liquid film around the moving bubble are analyzed, and the corresponding formula, which is one part of a newly developed mathematical model for slug flow, is given.

弹状流是垂直管内气液两相上升流中的一种重要流型。本文从相对坐标系的质量与动量衡算出发,对弹状气泡与下落液膜流动进行分析,建立了相应的计算公式。本文也是完整的弹状流数学模型的一部分。

A referance coordinate system moving with the velocity of slug bubble is used to establish the momentum balance equation for a slug flow unit and to analyse the pressure drop due to the changes of the momentum. Compared with the precious worts,the method proposed is more acceptable in theoretical aspects,and the results predicted are in better agreement with the experimental data.

本文对气液两相垂直管流的弹状流型的流动机理进行了分析,建立了数学模型。模型的特点是采用了以弹状气泡速度运动的相对座标系,在弹状气泡周围下落液膜流动、液体段空隙率计算和压降计算等方面部提出了新的观点。在两种管径中用空气-水系统进行了实验以验证模型,与一些其他作者的实验数据和理论模型也进行了比较,结果都表明这个机理模型计算的弹状流型的各种流体力学参数值与实验值吻合良好,也优于其他作者提出的模型。
