In this article, the experimental correlation functions of the random excitation from the track in our country are worked out first on the data determined by Changsha Railway Institute, Guangzhou Railway Administration and Zhengzhou Railway Administration on the Beijing—Guangzhou Line in 1965; then,the linear and nonlinear random vibration of the rolling stock is studied, and the combination of random excitation functions with respective wheel-sets is discussed in the linear problem. The article also puts forward "the equivalent linearization method for the nonlinear damping in the stationary random process" so as to solve the problems of nonlinear damping, which is widely adopted in locomotive and rolling stock.

文中首先根据1965年在京广线实測的资料,作出軌道随机干扰的实验相关函数,然后研究了机车车辆的线性和非线性随机振动。在线性问题中讨论了各轮对下随机干扰的组合。为了解决机车车辆上广泛采用的非线性阻尼问题,文中提出了“平稳随机过程中,非线性阻尼的等效线性化方法”。

After introducing Ito's stochastic differential equation, the analysis can be simplified.The original nonlinear differential equations of motion -with general nonstationary excitation in the time domain are transformed into equivalent ones with modutated Gaussian excitation in the space domain by use of an nonlinear transformation.An equivalent linearization method is proposed to the case of the nonlinear multi-degree-of-freedom systems with combined excitations of nonstationary processes and deterministic forces.To the reliability and the practicality of the method, Monte-Carlo simulation solutions are given, after comparison in both quantitative results and economy.it is shown that the method developed in this paper is of certain theoretical significance and practical values.

在分析总结已有实测资料的基础上,本文提出了路面不平度统计描述的Ornstein-Uhlenbeck过程模型,又引入伊腾随机微分方程,使问题的分析得以简化。 将系统的运动微分方程通过非线性交换从时间域转化到空间域,由此得到一个以空间距离坐标为自变量的变参数非线性方程,时间域内的一般非平稳高斯激励则变换为空间域内容易处理的调幅高斯激励。 本文还提出了非线性多自由度系统在非平稳随机激励和确定性外力的共同作用下,响应分析的等价线性化方法。 最后通过算例,将按本文提出的近似方法计算的结果与Monte-Carlo计算机模拟实验结果,在精度及经济性两方面进行了比较,说明本文发展的近似方法具有一定的工程实用价值和理论意义。

An equivalent linearization method for obtaining the response of nonlinear multi-degree-of-freedom dynamic systems to nonstationary gaussian excitation with nonzero mean is presented. An equivalent linearization method for obtaining the response of nonlinear multi-degree-of-freedom dynamic systems to nonstationary gaussian excitation with nonzero mean is presented. Using the property of gaussian vector processes, the closed formulas of the coefficients of the equivalent linear system are obtained. The linear coefficients obtained are as simple as those of the Atalik and Utku method in mathematical form. A method to treat stochastic dynamic equation of complicated structure by means of modal truncation method and to compute response statistics of dynamic system in the time domain is presented. One numerical method to compute mean and covariance equations of stochastic dynamic system is presented.

本文提出了一种在非零均值非平稳高斯激励下获得非线性多自由度系统响应的等效线性化方法。利用高斯过程的性质,得到了等效线性系数的封闭公式,等效线性系数在数学形式上与 Atalik和 Utku法得到的结果一样简洁。本文提出了用模态截断法处理复杂结构的随机振动方程、及时域上计算系统随机响应的方法。提出了求解随机振动系统 均值和方差方程的计算方法。
