本文报导了“金属——电介质”干涉滤光片的研究结果。文中叙述了此种滤光片提出的物理思想。并从实验上对金属干涉滤光片,“金属——电介质”干涉滤光片做了比较。着重研究了对称的七层和十一层“金属——电介质”干涉滤光片。分析了控制精度对透过主峰位置的影响。研究了“金属——电介质”干涉滤光片的时效。列举了制备不同波长的干涉滤光片所需要的颜色玻璃的牌号(卡去次峰)探讨了提高滤光片指标的途径。

The authors studied the mechanism of crack formation on inner wall of GH30 alloy tube, and examined the effects of technological factors, such as reheating temperature of billet, velocity of roll, preheating temperature of plug, inclination angle of roll etc, on the cracks on inner wall of tube blank, so as to provide further proofs to the technological measures, which had repeatedly proved highly effective on eliminating the cracks in production. Results from this study point out: owing to the comparatively high reheating temperature of billet, there comes a kind of sticking friction between plug and metal during piercing which causes the transient temperature in the surface layer metal on the inner wall of tube blank rising very highly, thus, leading to the weakening of grain boundary and "loss of plasticity". Accordingly under the compound action of different stresses in the course of deformation, the metal in inner wall is easily deteriorated, with the result that cracks along grain boundary are induced dy sticking friction heat.

本文研究了GH30合金管内壁裂纹形成的机理,考察了管坯加热温度、轧辊转速、顶头预热温度和轧辊倾角等工艺因素对荒管内壁裂纹的影响,从而给在生产实践中证明为消除裂纹的可靠工艺措施提供了进一步论证。 研究结果表明:由于管坯加热温度偏高,穿孔中顶头同金属间形成一种粘结摩擦,使荒管内壁表层金属的瞬时温升很高,导致晶界弱化和“失塑”,在变形过程中各种应力的综合作用下,使内壁金属极易破坏而形成沿晶发展的粘结摩擦热致裂纹。

High-chromium cast iron has been used in oil field as liner of mud pump at home since 1970'S. Its working life is much longer than single-layer metal liner with hardening treatment. In order to lengthen the working life of high-chromium cast iron and improve the present process,an analytical study is made of doublclaycr metal liner, which has been used in field and has longer life. The mctallograph analysis, the surface topography analysis under scanning electron microscope and the wear debris analysis in field mud are included. The result shows that the wear mechanism is that fatigue spalling plays the main role, brittleness collapse the second role,and plastic deformation, micro cutting and corrosion,etc, also play an important role. From this, improvements on the existing process have been presented.

泥浆泵缸套高铬铸铁内衬,国内从七十年代就已应用于现场,其使用寿命大大超过了淬火处理的单金属缸套。本文对现场使用过的、寿命较高的双金属缸套进行了解剖分析研究,包括金相显微分析,扫描电镜下的表面形貌分析和现场泥浆中的磨屑分析。结果表明,双金属缸套的磨损机理是疲劳剥落起主要作用,其次是脆性剥落,其它还有塑性变形,微切削和腐蚀等,进而提出了现有工艺的改进意见。
