In this paper, the hydrodynamic properties in a cocurrent three phase fluidized bed without feed and effluent of solid particles was studied. The effects of various operating parameters, such as solid particle properties, settled bed height, gas and liquid superficial velocity and construction of gas distributor on the homogeneity of bed, gas and liquid hold-up, bed expansion height and bubble pattern and size were obtained.There were five different relationships between the bed expansion ratio and the gas velocity as gas was introduced. When bubble rising velocity V_g/ε_g was used to plot against V_g on different V_L, the effects of gas and liquid superficial velocities on the gas hold-up and especially bubble size could be illustrated clearly and the factor to control the bed homogeneity was discussed. Some photographs taken from the top of the three phase fluidized bed confirmed this relationship.Finally,the experimental data are correlated by some empirical equations, the errors were within ±10%. The data were also compared with those calculated from the equations suggested by other authors. The large deviation between them revealed limited adaptability of the equations.

本文研究气液并流向上兰相流化床的一般流体流动性质。阐明了不同性质及粒度的固体颗粒、流化床静止床高、气体及液体的表观线速、气体分布板结构等参数对床层的均匀性、气体及液体滞留量、床层膨胀高度及气泡形态及大小等影响的一般规律。提出了在液固两相流化床中通入气体后,床层膨胀比随着气体速度的增大而变化的规律具有五种不同类型。用气泡上升的平均真实速度V_g/ε_g作为V_g及V_L的函数作图,可以表明气体及液体的表观线速对气体滞留量及气泡大小的影响,并用在流化床上部的照片直观地表明了这一点。最后用关联式将本文数据进行关联,误差在±10%以内。

However, there is adearth of information concerning bubble properties under such conditions.Basing on the theoretical pressure field around a bubble in the fluidized bed derived by Davidson, we developed a new pair of pressure probes located on common vertical axis to measure the bubble parameters : bubble rising velocity, bubble depth (diameter), bubble-ing frequency etc. The pressure fluctuation signals which were got from a cold model and a acombustor are analysed by statistical methods with the help of a computer. Correlation of the bubble parameters to solid properties and flow conditions by linear regression analysis results in the empirical equations. The results show that there is a great differece between bubble parameters in cold model and real combustor.

本文介绍了一种根据沸腾床内气泡内外压力场分布情况所制成的,在常温和高温下均可使用的压力探头,和以这种压力探头为感应元件的测试系统,以及气泡信号的统计处理方法和系统。用这种压力探头对不同特性的宽筛分床料在冷模试验台上及热态试验炉内的气泡特性进行了测定,并借助电子计算机对气泡信号进行了统计分析处理,得到了不同工况下的气泡特性参数。对冷态试验工况下的气泡特性实验数据进行了多元回归分析,得到了计算气泡各特性的关联式。与此同时,在热态试验炉内还用氧化锆探头进行了气泡特性的测量,结果表明:两种不同方法所得的气泡特性是基本一致的。

Looking for the regularity of bubble movement in FBC with materials of broad size distribution and the immersed tubes is of great signifcance for throughly understanding many important properties in FBC and correctly establishing a model of the combustion process of FBC. This paper reports some experimental results on variation of voidage in bed materials, bubble size and bubble rising velocity etc along the height of the bed. And corresponding dimensionless correlations are presented in this paper. Test were carried out in the experimental fluidized bed of ambient conditons in Zhejiang University, usig overflow slag and fly ash of fluidized bed boiler burning low grade coal as well as plastic ball, by means of pressure probes and cine photograph.It is shown that the visible bubble flow takes a small part of the excss gas flow above that required for minimum fluidization.

寻求宽筛分流化床中气泡运动的规律性对进一步认识流化床中的许多重要性状和正确建立流化床燃烧过程模型有很大意义。本文介绍了流化床中床料空隙率,气泡尺寸,气泡上升速度沿床高变化的试验结果,提出了相应的无因次关联式。试验是在浙江大学的沸腾炉冷模试验台上在各种不同条件下进行的。用劣质煤沸腾锅炉的溢流渣和飞灰及塑料球为床料,用压力探针和高速摄影进行测量。试验表明,可见气泡流量占最低临界沸腾所需的多余流量的很小一部分。
