Self reinforced polyethylene club have been prepared using a conical die and controlling of processing technology. And the dependence of structure and properties on the processing technology of club was studied. The results show that there is a processing temperature window in which the outputs, tensile strength and melt point are improved from 7 mm/min to 83 mm/min, 24 MPa to 83 MPa and 128.5 ℃to 139.9 ℃. And the structure, show by SEM, is mainly composed of highly orientated lamellae.

采用锥形流道挤出口模 ,通过控制挤出成型工艺获得了聚乙烯自增强棒材。研究了挤出成型工艺与制品结构性能之间的关系 ,结果表明 ,聚乙烯自增强产品连续挤出成型存在成型温度窗口 ,其产品的结构和性能强烈依赖于成型工艺参数 ,其结构主要由高度取向片晶构成。
