在电力、冶金、化工等工业生产过程中,大量存在气固两相流流动情况。气固两相流的流量测量对于计量、节能和控制具有重要意义。本文设计了阵列式电容传感器、信号测量电路和以MCS—8098单片机为核心的智能互相关测量系统。通过在气固两相流试验装置上的试验研究表明,设计的测量系统可以用于直接测量气固两相流中分离相的速度、浓度和质量流量,该系统有较高的实时性和测量精度。

Electrical capacitance tomography(ECT) technique is a new tomography imaging technique developed in recent years.This paper presents a low noise ,low drifting capacitance measuring circuit and computer interfuce circuit used in the 12electrode ECT system.The design of computer interface of the ECT can control the the selection of measuring channel and data capture is also given.

ECT(电容层析成象)技术是80年代末发展的一种新的层析成象技术。本文提出了一种适用于12电极ECT系统的低噪声、低漂移的电容测量电路及计算机接口电路,并介绍了利用该接口电路对测量通道的逻辑控制和图象重建数据的采集方法及实现。
