本文报道了用水热反应制备BaFe_(12)O_(19)铁氧体,用磁性分析,X射线衍射分析,穆斯堡尔谱以及电子显微镜研究其相变过程。本文采用GD05型高压釜,分析纯原料,进行下列两种水热反应以生成BaFe_(12)O_(19)相 。A)α-FeOOH(或α-Fe_2O_3)与Ba(OH)_2水溶液进行水热反应。B)采用化学共沉淀工艺,生成BaFe_(12)O_(19)配比的共沉淀料,然后再进行水热反应。

The [SiO_4] tetra-. hedroid, the elemental structure unit, is able to combine and connectwithout more limitation. The silicate anions in CSH phase can poly-merize by itself. Based on these characteristics, a new system of ce-mentitious materials, i. e. CSH system, has been drawn out for the materials design by properly arranging...

Based on these characteristics, a new system of ce-mentitious materials, i. e. CSH system, has been drawn out for the materials design by properly arranging the composition and microstructure. As a part of the whole study of the system, Some of the mainresults of author's study are as follows: 1) The molecule structure of hydrothermal synthetic CSH ismarkly different From that of portland cement. The polymerizationdegree of silicate anions and its distribution depend distinctly on itschemical composition. 2) The dehydration of CSH is a cmaplex process of polyme-rization and depolymcrization of silicate anions during the calcining.The structural change of CSH is mainly determined by the temperatureand composition of the system. 3) the dehydration phase of CSH prepared with an appropriatecomposition and calcining temperature has an excellent rehydration ab-ility. There is a self-polymerization of the silicat anions in the pro-cess of rehydration, among the various anions the monomer is the mo-st active component. 4) Before crystallization, the CSH dehydration phase with anappropriate chemical composition has ekcellent hydraulic activity inthe amorphous state, which is called dehydrated gel state cementitiousmaterial.

作者试图在传统波特兰水泥石结构研究的基础上,建立一个组成和结构可调整和可控制的胶凝材料研究体系——CSH体系,旨在实现材料在分子水平上的组成结构设计。本文是该体系初期研究工作的一部分,以多种测试方法研究了CSH相在水热合成、脱水煅烧和脱水相再水化过程中硅酸阴离子聚合状态的变化规律及其主要影响因素和脱水相水化硬化体的分子结构、孔结构对其力学性能的影响;本文讨论了上述三个阶段的反应机制;探讨了硬化体的结构形成过程;提出了凝胶态胶凝材料的新概念并对晶态、玻璃态、凝胶态胶凝材料的特性进行了比较。

Main factors affecting the hydrothemal synthetic microporous calcium silicate in utilizing siliceous clay as raw materials by the dynamic method are discribed in this article. Studies on the factors such as particles sizes of raw materials、mineral composition and reactive temperature、C/S、water/solid、hydrothermal synthetic schedule、water glass and additive etc are systematically carried out.

本文叙述了以硅质粘土为原料,用动态法工艺水热合成微孔硅酸钙的主要影响因素。就原料的粒度、矿物成分及反应温度、C/S、水/固、水热反应制度、水玻璃及助剂等因素,进行了系统的研究。
