Hop extracts were prepared from several hop varieties grown in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,using liquid CO 2 at different conditions of pressure,temperature and contact time to estimate the yield and quality.The yield of concrete was 13.91% and approximately 95% of α acids and 95%~100% of β acids were extracted,at better conditions of pressure range 6.5~7.5MPa,temperature range 10~15℃ and 2.5~3.0h.Solubility of the α acids in liquid CO 2 was enhanced by addition of a selected organic substance,such as ethanol so that the higher extract yield and α acids,β acids were obtained.Comparing with supercritical CO 2 ,the hop extracts obtained by liquid CO 2 were more stable and better purity.This technology should be applied in industry.

液态CO2 萃取啤酒花浸膏的最佳工艺条件为:萃取时间2.5~3h,萃取压力6-5~7-5MPa,温度9~15℃,可得到α酸与β酸质量分数之和为89-81% 的浸膏,浸膏收率为13-91% ;在7-5MPa 下,9℃α酸的萃取率为94-24% ,15℃β酸的萃取率为97-21% 。加入原料质量6% ~12% 的质量分数为95% 的乙醇夹带剂,可使浸膏收率提高25% ~44% ,α酸的萃取率提高6% ~21% ;含α酸质量分数为11-91% 的努革特啤酒花可以制备α酸高达61% 的浸膏;青岛大花比其它4 种啤酒花更易萃取。与超临界萃取的浸膏相比,液态CO2 萃取的浸膏纯度高、色泽金黄、性能稳定,可直接用于深加工

采用DNA指纹技术对国内外 5个酒花品种进行了鉴定 ,并对不同酶切组合及 2 0对引物组合进行了筛选。结果发现 ,酶切组合E/M ,P/M以及 5对引物组合均可以扩增出较清晰的条带。通过其中任何一组引物均可鉴别国内的 2个酒花品种。国外的 3种酒花由于遗传的相似性 ,不容易区分 ,但通过几组引物综合判断 ,仍然可以将它们区分开
