本文选用特殊添加剂对电力电缆中半导电层以化学改性,为减薄电缆绝缘厚度,提高交联聚乙烯电缆的击穿强度,提供了有效途径。从理论上定性解释了聚乙烯的击穿强度与界面片晶取向角的关系。由微观结构分析结果表明,改性半导电层经热压后,会改变聚乙烯界面结晶取向,改善半导电层中碳粒凝聚状态。最后,由电缆模型试片的击穿强度结果予以证实:改性半导电层比普通半导电层,可使聚乙烯的1%威布尔击穿强度提高89%。平均击穿强度提高40%。本文结果对提高交联聚乙烯电缆质量是有意义的。

This paper reports a study on semi-active vibration control of stay cables using electro-magneto-rheological (ER-MR) dampers and adopting neural network control technique. Based on a finite element model of the cable, a neural network model is designed and trained to emulate the performance of the LQG controller. The trained neural network model is still a fully active controller but only a few response states are included as network inputs in the training process to simulate incomplete state observations....

This paper reports a study on semi-active vibration control of stay cables using electro-magneto-rheological (ER-MR) dampers and adopting neural network control technique. Based on a finite element model of the cable, a neural network model is designed and trained to emulate the performance of the LQG controller. The trained neural network model is still a fully active controller but only a few response states are included as network inputs in the training process to simulate incomplete state observations. The fully active network controller is clipped to achieve the voltage value required to semi-actively control the cable vibration through ER-MR dampers. A numerical example of a 12 m-long stay cable specimen connected with a specifically designed low-force ER damper is provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.

建立了采用 ER- MR阻尼器作斜拉索的基于神经网络的半主动控制方法。该方法采用离线训练好的神经网络兼作系统状态观测器和系统控制器 ,并根据 ER/ MR阻尼器特点 ,引入面向速度剪切的半主动控制策略 ,实现神经网络对斜拉索进行在线带自反馈的半主动控制。数值试验的结果表明 :采用神经网络进行半主动控制 ,能够达到很好的控制效果 ,整条斜拉索的振动都得到有效的抑制。

A non-linear hysteretic isolator-cable system is set up to suppress the cable vibration, according to the energy dissipation characteristics of hysteretic system. A 12m-long stay cable specimen, which is a 1∶12 scale model of a 143m-long prototype cable in an actual cable structure, is established for the experimental study. Firstly, the modal testing on the pure cable without damper is performed to identify the actual modal properties of the cable. Then a series of dynamic tests are conducted on the cable incorporated with a small-size non-linear hysteretic isolator near the lower anchorage. By exciting the cable transversely at a point near the upper anchorage, the nonlinear frequency response curves of the cable-damper system under different excitation force amplitudes and three installation positions of the damper are obtained experimentally. The resonant frequencies and the equivalent viscous damping ratios of the nonlinear system under different excitation levels are also identified, which are useful for the cable vibration control.

 采用非线性滞回阻尼器构造一个斜拉索-非线性阻尼器系统,并利用磁滞系统的耗能特性,抑制斜拉索的振动.按照1∶12的缩尺比,在试验室中建立了一条原型为143m长斜拉索的试验模型,首先对没有阻尼器的斜拉索进行了振动控制试验研究,然后将非线性滞回阻尼器安装在靠近张拉端的附近,在另一端施加激励,对在不同阻尼器位置及不同激振力幅值下的斜拉索的动力响应进行试验研究,得到了对振动控制设计有较高应用价值的传递函数和等效阻尼比.
