Effects of cathodic protection for scouring corrosion of X60, AISI321, 316L and F5 materials in 10% H_2SO_4+15% corundum sand(60~#) acidic liquid/solid phases flowing medium were investigated. It was found that cathodic protection efficiency was a function of flow velocity. It was found that cathodic protection efficiency was a function of flow velocity. Results showed that cathodic protection could reduce the scouring corrosion rates of tested materials effectively, which protection efficiency could attained 32%~100%. For the same material, the protection efficiency would decrease with the increase of flow velocity, and under the same flow velocity, the protection efficiency of four materials would decrease in order of X60, AISI 321, 316L and F5. For passive material such as F5, it could cause negative effect at low flow velocity when cathodic protection was applied.

The technique of Laser Doppler measurement in fluids depends on th epresence of suitable particles. 激光法测量两相流是近年来开发的一项新技术,测量过程中需要存在合适的粒子。本文研究了用三维粒子动态分析仪(PDA)测量气固两相湍流流场时固体粒子的选择问题。试验过程中,运用几种不同的粒子作为煤粉粒子的模拟粒子进行测量和比较,结果表明:(1)粒子的特性参数是影响测量精度的重要因素之一;(2)测最气固两相湍流流场中粒子的运动特征时,应尽可能选择形状较规则、折射率大、尺寸分布合理、不易粘结且易于收集同时接近所要模拟的粒子性能的固体粒子,必要的时侯应结合粒子性能对测量结果进行修正.
