The blood flow of the left circumflex coronary artery was measured by a rotameter in 18 open-chest dogs. In acute experiments, phenelzine 25μg/kg injected into the coronary artery or 5 mg/kg infused into the femoral vein produced an increase in coronary blood flow and a decrease in the vascular resistance. However, subcutaneous injections of 5 mg/kg/day for 5 days brought about a slight reduction in coronary blood flow and a slight augmentation in the vascular resistance. The blood flow of the left circumflex coronary artery was measured by a rotameter in 18 open-chest dogs. In acute experiments, phenelzine 25μg/kg injected into the coronary artery or 5 mg/kg infused into the femoral vein produced an increase in coronary blood flow and a decrease in the vascular resistance. However, subcutaneous injections of 5 mg/kg/day for 5 days brought about a slight reduction in coronary blood flow and a slight augmentation in the vascular resistance. Thus, coronary vasodilation does not appear to be the basic mechanism of its therapeutic action in angina pectoris. Phenelzine neither strongthened the coronary vasodilator action of 5-hydroxytrypfamine and norepinephrine nor did it antagonize the vasoconstrictor action of pituitrin. The coronary hemodynamic effects of phenelzine on reserpinized dogs were not significantly different from the normals. Being prompt and transient, the acute cardiovascular effects of phenelzine were apparently not mediated via inhibition of monoamine oxidases. It is suggested that the acute coronary vasodilator action of phenelzine is due to its direct stimulation on adrenergie receptors, but its anti-anginal ability is chiefly ascribed to its chronic O_2-sparing effect on myocardium.

After infusing dipyridamole, the CPV in both groups were significant increased, but the increasing degree was lower in group A ( P <0.01); the DT in group A was also lower ( P <0.05). 目的 利用经胸冠脉血流显像技术 (CDCFI)观测X综合征患者的左冠状动脉前降支血流 ,评价冠脉血流的变化及冠脉血流储备 (CFR)。方法 利用CDCFI结合潘生丁药物负荷分别测量 2 0例X综合征患者 (A组 )和 2 2例健康者 (B组 )的前降支中远端静息及最大充血状态时冠脉舒张期峰值血流速度 (CPV)及减速时间 (DT) ,以最大充血状态与静息时的比值计算冠脉血流储备 (CFR) ,并对时间参数DT以R R间期进行校正。结果 静息时两组的CPV无明显差别 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;A组DT明显低于B组 (P <0 .0 5 )。最大充血状态时 ,两组的CPV均明显增快 ,但A组增加的程度低于B组 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;A组的DT明显低于B组的DT (P <0 .0 5 )。两组的CFR值有显著性差异(P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 经胸冠脉血流显像是一种能够准确有效测量X综合征的冠脉血流储备的无创性检测方法 ,对临床确诊X综合征及评估疗效具有重要指导意义

Objective To observe the changes of coronary hemodynamic indexes of acute hibernating myocardium (AHM) model during dobutamine stress echocardiography (DSE), determine the relationship between these indexes and AHM, and investigate the mechanism of DSE in assessing AHM Methods Thirteen little domestic Chinese swine were selected to establish the AHM model by interventional method, then they underwent DSE, the segments which appeared biaphasic response were considered AHM Intracoronary Doppler guidewire was used to measure average peak velocity (APV), diastolic systolic velocity ratio(DSVR) of the distal to the stenosis in each stage of DSE Systolic blood pressure(SBP), diastolic blood pressure(DBP), heart rate(HR) and RPP were recorded at the same time Results (1) Ten animals (77%) were successfully estabished to be the model of AHM (2) APV, DSVR, SBP, DBP, HR and RPP all increased during DSE, but APV increased more at lower dose stage than other indexes ΔAPV (difference between basic stage and peak dose stage of DSE) correlated to the amounts of AHM segments positively( r =0 66, P <0 05) Conclusions (1)APV increased prominently in diastolic period during DSE and there may be a relationship between ΔAPV and the amount of AHM segments (2) The possible mechanism of DSE in detecting AHM is the unbalance between blood supply and oxygen consumption relatively in regional myocardium (3)The mechanism of APV increased during DSE was different in lower dosage stage from higher dosage stage
