The F 2 populations from photoperiod sensitive male sterile line (PMS) Pei'ai 64S crossed with early indica rice V20, medium indica rice Nanjing 11 and late indica rice 231-8, as well as PMS 1103S×6078F 2 population,were employed to study fetility distribution and sterile inheritant performance under natural long daylight and different temperature treatments.The results exhibited that: by means of Kolmogrov-Smirnov tests, four F 2 populations showed the same fertility distribution; chis quare tests showed that apart from Pei'ai 64S×V20 F 2 popultion, the three other populations conformed to the two pair gene segregation model; the sterile peak of Pei'ai 64S×V20 F 2 and Pei'ai 64S×231-8 F 2 were not obvious, but both Pei'ai 64S×Nanjing 11 F 2 and 1103S×6078 F 2 had sterile peaks between 5 and 10 mean natural seed set per cent; the fertile peak of P64S×Nanjing 11 F 2 located between 65 and 75 mean natural seed set per cent; the three other populations were between 70 and 80 per cent. The plants with mean natural seed set lower than 5 per cent took up between 0.45%~1.66%. Under 14. 5h long natural daylight and three different temperatures(24℃, 27℃,30℃), fertility distributions tested by Kolmogrov-Smirnov model were unindentical, but sterile inheritance corresponded to two pair gene segregation model.However, some plants of the same genotypes showed different fertility under the three temperatures , the plants showed selfed seed setting below twenty per cent under 30 degree centigrade, and 55.6 and 33.4 per cent of them were sterile under 27 and 24 degrees centigrade; respectively. Pei'ai 64S×1103S F 1 was sterile under long daylight and high temperature conditions,its ratooning plants were low fertile under short daylight conditions. This suggested that, temperature and genetic background affected sterile expression.

以培矮64S与早籼V20,中籼南京11和晚籼231-8,1103S与6078杂交F2为材料,研究了自然长日高温下育性分布特性和不育性的遗传表现。经Kolmogrov-Smirnov检验,长日高温下不育性完全表达,4个群体育性分布相同。χ2测验表明,除培矮64S×V20F2外,其它3个群体均符合2对基因分离。对不育峰而言,除培矮64S×V20F2和培矮64S×231-8F2表现不明显外,培矮64S×南京11F2和1103S×6078F2在平均自然结实率5%~10%处。对可育峰而言,培矮64S×南京11F2位于平均自然结实率65%~75%间。其它3个组合均处于平均自然结实率70%~80%间。各组合平均自然结实率<5%的单株率为0.45%~1.66%。培矮64S×南京11F2在自然长日14.5h,24℃、27℃、30℃3种温度处理下,其育性分布经Kolmogrov-Smirnov检验表现不同。但不育性遗传服从2对基因分离。部分同一基因型植株在3种温度下育性表现不同。30℃下自然结实率<20%的植株,仅有55.6%在27℃下表现不育,33.4%在24℃表现不育。培矮64S×1103F1在长日高温下表现不育,而割蔸再?
