When wheat seeds wwere injected with ultralow energy(110keV) ions and irradiated by Carbon-light of synchro-radintion respectively,many types of chromosomal aberration were observed in their root-tip cells after germination.The micronucleus frequency and total chromosomal aberration frequency were all very significant in comparison with those of control.According to theoretical analysis and some experimental evidence,the ultralow energy ions-themselves injected into wheat embryo can not damage embryo cells below wheat coat due to their short range of radiation(<1μm).Various characteristic X-rays induced by ion jnjection in the seeds can reach deeper sites and can damage embryo celsl and result in biological effects as long as dose is sufficient.Therefore,the characteristic X-rays induced by ultralow energy ions injected into seeds are an important mechanism of crop breeding.

本文通过超低能(110keV)离子注入和同步辐射碳光辐照两种手段处理了小麦种子,经萌发在其根尖细胞中均观察到了多种类型的染色体时变,而且同对照相比,均有明显的微核率与染色体总畸变率。根据理论分析和一些有关的实验证据,超低能离子注入小麦种子,因离子本身射程非常短(<1μm),不可能直接损伤麦皮下面的胚细胞,而由注入离子在作物种子内产生的各种特征X-射线,只要剂量足够,却能达到较深的部位,通过它们的间接作用就会损伤胚细胞造成生物学效应。因此,赵低能离子注入作物种子激发产生的特征X-射线是其诱变育种的一种重要机制.

By testing the cold-rolled extra-low-carbon light gauge sheet samples under different deformation stages and observing them by SEM, their surface pattern and the rules of the transmutation of microstructurehas been researched, and the mechanism of the formation of interior holes in gliding fracture was discussed. Theresult pointed out that it is dislocations' slipping and gathering in original impaired locations but not inclusionand second-phase pericles that is mainly responsible for formation of micro-holes...

通过对超低碳IF钢冷轧薄钢板拉伸过程中不同变形程度的测试与扫描电镜的观察,研究了其表面形貌及组织的变化规律.探讨了超低碳钢韧性断裂中内部孔洞形成机理,并指出超低碳钢中的微孔洞不是主要由夹杂物或第二相粒子产生,而是因为位错的滑移、集聚,在原有损伤处形成.
